The PD-02 Pin Removal Tool is a heavy-duty industrial extraction tool engineered for the removal and replacement of bucket tooth pins, ripper boot pins, adapter pins, and ground-side lock pins on large excavators, heavy bulldozers, motor graders, and earthmoving machines up to and including the D11 dozer class — one of the largest and most powerful earthmoving machines in commercial and mining use.

Also known as a chicken bar or pin punch, the PD-02 is purpose-built for the significantly higher pin forces encountered on large dozer and excavator bucket systems, where pin diameters, adapter weights, and seating forces are considerably greater than on medium-class machines. The tool features a heavy square prong (125mm × 10mm × 23mm) for engagement with large square-profile pin retainers, and a substantial circular prong (175mm × 18mm diameter) for driving large round pins and lock pins through heavy dozer ripper tyne and excavator bucket adapter profiles.

At 460mm total length, the PD-02 provides the extended reach and leverage necessary for effective single-operator use on large machine bucket profiles without requiring platform access or additional equipment.
